Regular health checks help detect early warning signs of illness and allow you to discuss any concerns with your GP. These check-ups can identify conditions like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and some cancers before symptoms appear, improving treatment outcomes. If you have a family history or other risk factors, it’s important to have specific tests more frequently.
